This is going to be us next week. Am I excited? For the actual trip...absolutely! But for the many hours on a plane and in airports...not at all. Cross your fingers for me for the next week that Adam will "sleep like a baby" the whole time. Who came up with that expression anyway? Just in case he is crying for any portion of the flight maybe his cuteness will make up for it and the people we're sitting around won't hate us. I'll be sure to post pictures and let you know how it all goes.

Leaving on a Jetplane

Good luck with that! I would be nervous about that experience too with a baby. And Adam's cuteness will make up for it! Have fun on your trip!
Order drinks for the people around you. Might soften them up. After all, its free!
I had a friend who bought a bag of chocolates to pass around to the flight attendants and passengers when they took their daughter on her first flight. I thought that was a clever idea. Liam was so easy to fly with at that age. Fell asleep nursing during take-off and slept for most of the time :) Good luck, remember, you never have to see these people again!
