Homeowners...WHAT??!!
The last week has been CRAZY. If you are a first time homebuyer and you are under contract by the end of the month you get an $8000 tax credit. When we realized we are in a good position to buy right now...and get an extra $8000 for it... in addition to the fact that home prices are at a low as well as interest rates...we thought we might give it a try. This very well might be a huge week for us. We'll keep you posted. AHHHH!!!!!!

The house we made an offer on is in Lehi on the east side of 1-15 close to highland. We should know tomorrow!!!
Congrats, that is so exciting! That house sounds pretty close to my Mother-in-law's house. Very nice area!
